A convenient & central location

Centrally located within the Yorkshire Dales National Park and between the A1 and M6 with access to Darlington, Garsdale and Northallerton train stations and Durham Tees Valley airport, Hazel Brow is an ideal location to challenge your team!

Being located in a rural area surrounded by open pasture, meadow fields and remote, wild heather moorland, we have a great location for teambuilding adventures whilst being within walking distance of the village Gastro Pub.


We can accommodate 12 delegates in 4 shared twin rooms and 4 single rooms. Additional accommodation is available in the village and at the pub [PB Inn]. The venue is let on a self catering basis but full catering and maid service are available on request. Alternatively we offer camping at the farm for the losing team!


We can provide 4 break out rooms within the house, with tables and chairs for up 7 or 8 delegates in each room, a good wifi connection, ample parking at the farm,  access to farm land and the river.


Challenging fun and games for successful team building can range from orienteering opportunities either with a leader of self led, access to GPS caches, local cycle hire, and a plethora of fun stuff through our partners at Alfresco Adventures.

A great base

Hazel Brow is a great base for team building and corporate events. We can accommodate up to 24 day time participants and 12 overnight guests sharing rooms. Camping facilities are available as well as our range of outdoor activities if you really want to challenge team members! (There is additional overnight accommodation in the village for delegates if required).
